Founded in 2025, ELOHOM is a Los-Angeles based development and design company focused on rapid, resilient, smart homes. We’ve recently teamed up with Polyhaus™ patented fire resilient cross laminated timber (CLT) home designs and The Palmerin Group as our preferred builder.

Tony Palmerin — Founder/CEO & Director of Real Estate Development and Engineering

Tony leads ELOHOM’s end-to-end development platform—from site acquisition and entitlement through design engineering, procurement, and delivery. Tony is a licensed General Contractor and also an infrastructure design engineer with NBC Universal, with deep experience in residential architectural design and development. Tony combines rigorous technical standards with a builder’s pragmatism to deliver resilient, WUI-ready mass-timber/CLT solutions and driving schedules, budgets, and quality, staying consistent with a clean, modern style.

Gina Palmerin — Co-Founder & Director of Branding and Creative Strategy

Leads ELOHOM’s visual design and client experience. Translates program goals into build-ready interiors and exteriors delivered through ELOHOM’s preset design packages—aligning aesthetics, materials, and finishes to performance targets and schedule. A fine artist with luxury brand experience, Gina curates cohesive palettes and finish standards that keep timelines tight and outcomes consistent.

The Palmerin Group — Licensed General Contractor Partner Executes field builds with calibrated crews, schedule discipline, and QA/safety controls—delivering construction that stays in line with design intent and within budget.

Polyhaus™ — Patented CLT Systems Partner Polyhaus™ is a design and building technology company that provides access to an easy-to-adopt, patented precision engineered CLT mass-timber building system centered on resiliency, rapid assembly, and space maximization.
